Ushering in next-level learning, Sebata’s Centre of Excellence was created as a means to standardise its training processes across all its platforms encompassing Sebata, R-Data and Mubesko. Open to all municipal officers, the training site will enhance the experience between the user and Sebata’s product offerings – specifically relating to mSCOA, GRAP and SebataEMS. Municipal officers can access content via any modern device, such as a smartphone, tablet or computer.
The programme is divided into three specific learning modules, namely: mSCOA, GRAP and SebataEMS. These modules enable municipal officers to build on their knowledge and skills to support their organisation in creating sustainable performance at both an individual and municipal level. Sebata’s Centre of Excellence has taken into account bandwidth restrictions and as such is currently developing an offline solution, which municipal officers can download from specified training centres and Wi-Fi zones. With this offline solution, municipal officers can complete their training at their own pace and are able to re-sync the data when they next have internet or Wi-Fi connectivity.
Sebata’s accredited mSCOA trainers have acquired the necessary business acumen to help municipal officers expand their knowledge base, behaviours and confidence to meet the challenges of today’s difficult (and often) unpredictable economy. Municipal officers will benefit from the latest financial management strategies and techniques to keep their skills sharp and financial expertise strong.
