Sebata FMS Licensing

SebataFMS, although consisting of more than one integrated modules, is licensed as a single product with a yearly licensed fee.

License fees entitle the license holder to:

·        Free software upgrades as necessitated by changes in legislation, updating of tax tables, changes in accounting procedures and any other change that will benefit the user group of the software as a whole. Such upgrades are published from time to time in the various categories – minor, major and complete new releases.

·         Free access to the telephonic helpdesk

·         Free access to the SebataFMS user group meetings, held at least once a year in various locations.License fees are based on a sliding scale, taking into account number of consumer accounts generated from the system as well as number of concurrent users of the system.License fees are billed annually in advanced, but arrangements can be made to pay the fees monthly by debit order.
