SebataEBPS
SebataEBPS is a loose standing software product that manages the approval process for all new buildings and building alterations. It tracks the application’s path around the various departments that have to approve on the various elements (e.g. electricity connection, water connection, traffic, public health and safety, environmental impact) and keeps the customer informed of progress through the process (via SMS/email/fax or combinations thereof).
The system is fully customisable to reflect each municipality’s organisational structure and approval process. Plans can be scanned in electronically and sent round electronically if required. Approval process is linked to the necessary alerts to management, if and when delays occur.
All information around the buildings/applications on a specific erf is kept in one place, with a complete history of changes applied for. A wide range of statistics and reports are catered for, customisable according to client requirements.
