ICT Outsourcing

Sebata as a company aims to deliver a one-stop service to our clients. Should a client require it, the entire function of an ICT Department can be outsourced to Sebata, where we will then assume responsibility for:

1.    Management of the department, including control over hardware, software and networks, policies and procedures and preparation of a three year plan and capital and operational budgets.
2.    Day-to-day running of a ICT Department in terms of equipment maintenance, operation and necessary routine functions to keep all components running smoothly.
3.    Labour for the above on a specified frequency and for a specified duration.

All of the above are negotiated according to the client’s needs.
